  • 1 package gluten-free pappardelle (can be store bought or made)
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 head broccoli


  • Steam broccoli, then brown in skillet to liking.
  • Sauté cherry tomatoes to your liking.
  • Boil gluten-free pappardelle and top with vegetables!
  • Enjoy!
