Gluten-Free Pappardelle with Broccoli & Tomatoes
A quick and tasty gluten-free macaroni dish for all to enjoy.
- 1 package gluten-free pappardelle (can be store bought or made)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 head broccoli
- Steam broccoli, then brown in skillet to liking.
- Sauté cherry tomatoes to your liking.
- Boil gluten-free pappardelle and top with vegetables!
